Images and text can be set either left or right side, to or bottom. 

Click on the image itself to bring up the image editor.  There you can browse your hard drive for a new image, then upload it to you online Gallery.

Whole Page images should be set to about 600 pixes X 400 pixels

Smaller staff photos and photos of your practice should be set to about 200 X 200 pixels
